Annexation Update

What Does Annexation Mean?

The City of Jeffersonville's Annexation of Zone B which includes the area of the Oak Park Conservancy District became effective on January 1, 2010.

You can find boundary maps and more information regarding the annexation from the City’s perspective at the City of Jeffersonville’s website at: http://www.cityofjeff.net/Council/Annexation.htm.

The OPCD will continue to provide sanitary sewer services within the boundaries of the District.  OPCD sewer customers should NOT receive a sewer bill from the City of Jeffersonville. 

The OPCD will continue to provide the same limited stormwater drainage services where drainage easements exist outside of the road right of way and Lancassange Creek.
